Welcome to Mira Hotel & Recovery. By booking a room, using our facilities, or visiting our café, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

• A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are quoted in IDR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Our recovery area includes a jacuzzi, sauna, two cold plunges, and a pool:

• Use is at your own risk.

• Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Follow posted safety instructions and staff guidance at all times.

• Please shower before entering the pool or recovery facilities.

• Outside food, drinks, and glass containers are not allowed.

5. Café & Outside Food

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the café or common areas unless approved by management.

• Allergies and dietary requests should be informed in advance.

6. Property Rules

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

• Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon prior to arrival.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or facilities.

7. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from the use of our facilities.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Bali.

• Typical working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though this may vary depending on the project.

• These activities are not affiliated with our property, and we unfortunately have no control over their timing or duration.

We kindly ask for your understanding that no refunds, discounts, or compensation can be offered for any inconvenience caused by third-party construction during your stay.
